Vineyard FARM

Work on Vineyard Farm began in the fall of 2022 and blossomed in the spring of 2023, growing tons of fresh organic produce that is distributed through the Greater Chicago Food Depository Pantry on site. Vineyard Church provided this weed strewn field for Evanston Grows to develop under the leadership of Matt Ryan. It is our second largest farming site. Significant funding for the project was provide by the Garden Club of America Founders Fund grant. The consistent rumble of the El train is a great reminder that this is urban farming.
